        Minova USA Inc., the leading manufacturer of resin cartridges worldwide, continues to be the leader in ground control and ventilation solutions, with such products as LoksetŪ resin cartridges, TeksealŪ pumpable seals and Tekfoam cavity filling foam.

     Minova USA Inc. has knowledgeable sales personnel and three manufacturing locations in the U.S. which provide customers with quick lead times and responsiveness to emergencies. The North American headquarters in Georgetown, KY has an experienced Technical team that develops innovative and technologically superior products and a Quality & Environmental Affairs staff to guarantee products meet the industry standards.

     Minova USA Inc. was until recently Fosroc Inc., formerly known as Celtite Inc. Celtite Inc. was formed in 1970 and introduced resin cartridges to its first customer in 1971. In 1974, Celtite opened its Princeton, West Virginia manufacturing plant and in 1977 the Grand Junction, Colorado manufacturing plant. In 1980 the headquarters was moved to Georgetown, Kentucky and in 1991 Celtite was acquired by Burmah Castrol as part of the acquisition of Foseco Minsep Plc and became Fosroc Inc. In March 2003, Minova USA Inc. was formed when the mining division of Fosroc worldwide was acquired by Close Brothers to form Minova International.

In August 2003, Minova USA Inc. acquired the Chemical Products Division of Sandvik consolidating its position as the world's leading supplier of resin cartridges to the underground mining industry.

In December 2006, the worldwide business of Minova International was acquired by Orica Limited.  Orica's largest business is Mining Services which offers commercial explosives and initiating systems to the Mining, Quarrying, and Construction Industries around the world.
